I was very excited to order a Zwift ride after all the amazing reviews. I ordered 2 weeks ago and I still have received only my frame and not the Kickr Core and Customer Support is not replying. The package number corresponding to the Kickr Core is not even tracked with DPD.
This is extremely bad customer service, especially since I paid 100 euros for 3-5 business days delivery and there’s no info whatsoever I received in the past 2 weeks and I am extremely disappointed in the experience until now.
Does anybody have any advice on what I can do to get what I paid for?
