Never received Kickr Core

Hello. I purchased the Zwift Ride setup. It came in multiple shipments, but all tracking numbers listed in the order have arrived and there is no trainer. Just the frame, handlebars, and the tablet holder. I have reached out to Zwift via email but have received no response. Not sure where to go from here. Should I be disputing the transaction with my credit card company?

If you have emailed support@zwift.com then just wait for them to get back to you. Don’t send more emails because that will just slow things down.
