I’ve ordered a zwift bike set. But my Wahoo Kickr Core isn’t delivered and DPD send it back to Zwift. How can I get my money back? I am very unhappy with this, you can’t call anyone from Zwift and I don’t want to lost my money…
Contact Zwift support. If the website chatbot won’t let you do it, then email support@zwift.com . You’ll need to be patient though as they’re struggling with demand.
