bit frustrated but I ordered and received a new Kickr Core Zwift One Last week.
During assembly I noticed that the package came with 2 148mm Adapter, the 142mm Adapter was missing.
Filed a complaint via the Chat bot (which is imho a horrible way to do customer service) but still no update. Is there anything else I can do in order to use my 600€ gadget?
So you filled in the contact form that the chatbot gave you to send a message to support? If so then you’ll just need to be patient, because Zwift support seem to be a bit swamped at the moment so are taking longer than usual to respond.
You could also contact Wahoo support and see if they are quicker to respond.
