I need a replacement quick release drive side adaptor for a thru axle for my zwift hub.
I have tried contacting support via the website but as soon as it says connecting you to the chat team the chat box disappears. I have sent several emails, but no reply. Looking at other chat threads it seems moderators say - “please contact support and we’ll send you a new one.”, but contacting support gets no answer…
If you emailed support@zwift.com they’ll probably get back to you eventually
Some browser extensions have interfered with the chat support in the past, not sure about currently, so if you have another clean browser to try you could also repeat the attempt with that.

Next to the issue with the Wahoo Kick Core i would like too know how it works with the possibilities for refund for the membership. I thought when ik bought the bike i could ride it right away…but now i have some technical problems. But first let us focus on the Wahoo Kick Core.
