The Zwift Ride handlebars are supposed to be delivered with the Cog and Click, but they were not. The tracking for the shipment now says ‘delivered,’ and Zwift says the order status is ‘Fulfilled.” Uh, no Zwift! Where are the bars?!
I already received the frame.
Why are the bars a separate shipment anyway? When I first saw this I thought, “well this increases the possibility of issues.” And, unfortunately, I was right!!
And Zwift having ZERO telephone support is pathetic! I’m so annoyed that I’m tempted to punt on the Ride and Zwift altogether now!
