I purchased a Zwift ride, which was delivered nice and fast. But to my surprise the handlebars, cog and so on is packed in another package, that has not been send yet.
The status in my order page helps nothing. Nobody from Zwift are returning my mails.
I have half a bike, that I can use for nothing, which is paid for in full. I have no idea what is going on.
This is 2024, and Zwift customer service is the worst experience I have had shopping on the internet for many years!
What am I supposed to do here?
