Zwift order turned into shipping duplicate parts

Anyone else run into a problem this week where fulfillment turned say a frame+trainer order into shipping two handlebars, two Wahoo trainers and no bike frame?

Reached out to support chat a bit ago where they need to run some investigation in shipping before they will create any new order for the frame that hasn’t arrived. Really weird problem where I’m not even sure where to start, and all of the tracking numbers show as delivered and order complete. I couldn’t even return what I received for a refund, as its missing the main part of the order.
