No customer support / no response and service!
Send several emails to the customer support and just got one bot generated email.
Waiting for my Zwift bike which has been sent via DPD.
Since more than 10 days the 3 packages (the Zwift bike) are in Holland at the DPD warehouse.
DPD is waiting for Zwift (the customer of DPD) to check next steps as it looks like that the packages are lost.
Very disappointing and frustrating customer support here.
Don’t send more enails to customer support since that can be counterproductive. Wait for them to get back to you. Hopefully someone from support will see your post here and intervene.

I was perhaps too impatient and finally received the bike today.
The delivery took 14 days and I didn’t get any updates on the delivery status in between, so I wasn’t expecting a delivery.
But now everything is here and I can finally start Zwifting.
