Zero Customer Support

I am new to Zwift and need help from customer support regarding my order, but I really need to admit that the customer support seems to be woeful. The Bot facility seems pointless and the emails must simply disappear into the ether: I have emailed at least 6 times over a week and never once received a reply.
Has anyone else found that they are left hanging? Zwift are happy to take your substantial money, but not so quick to offer help when needed… very disappointing, and I will be sure to make my friends aware in our large cycling club.

I have emailed them daily for a week, and contacted them via the chat function - zero response. I am now contacting my bank to block the payment. Very poor service

They have stated that if you email repeatedly you keep going to the back of the queue. Which is madness but that’s the word.
