Support? - No response whatsoever

Try to reach the support team since days, no respnse!

Impossible to reach support, no phone number, no response to emails, while the continue to charge my credit card.

Is there a phone number for Zwift?

If you’ve sent them an email then don’t send follow-up emails to chase them, since we’ve been told that can put you further back in the queue. They will get back to you if you sit tight.

No, you can’t phone them but you may be able to get through to a human in the online chat during US West Coast working hours.

Ditto. there is no support. Chat with an agent is mentioned as a possibility if you endure the bot first, but it is a mirage. there is no chat with a human.
I want to ride now! Not wait for an email response in hours or days.

No support at all, they charge my credit card, but I cant login anymore. Great.
