I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED now with Zwift’s “SUPPORT” = Your effin CHAT IS BEYOND ANNOYING. WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO HAVING REAL PEOPLE AROUND TO resolve SIMPLE ISSUES with bugs that prevent event credits?
I went through TWO BROWSERS and the stupid AI CHAT and NEVER got to a point where I could even address this COMMON ISSUE.
SERIOUSLY - this is enraging enough to make me want to cancel my account - and that SHOULDN’T BE THE EFFIN CASE!
basically chat is useless and very frustrating but if you persist there is a way to finally get a real person - at least there was the last time i went through this some time ago.

Thanks, Paul! It’s really a low-priority “didn’t get credit for the ToW Stage 2 ride” thing. I used to be able to just send support the FIT file and whatever caused the issue would be addressed. I was kinda shocked that the chatbot sent me circles and has a display issue itself (must change browser magnification to like 80% to see the “X” to close the pop-up) and it never correctly allowed me to open a support ticket. I finally took a shot and emailed “support@Zwift.com” and rec’d an automated response (as expected) - so hopefully someone there can actually help. At this point, I won’t even care if they say “sorry - no credit for ToW rides - do it again” - I shouldn’t have let myself fall that rabbit hole!
Go through the annoying chatbot but keep telling it that the articles it suggests don’t help. Eventually you’ll get to a form that you can fill in that will send a message to suppoet (don’t email them directly because that usually doesn’t work).
