Why no support?

Why is it impossible to get in touch with anyone from zwift ? The chatbot is so frustrating as seems to have very limited responses and offers wildly different topics. There is no way to contact a person. Eventually found well hidden email address but only get an automated response that isn’t followed up.

I have spent >£500 on kit but can’t use it as there is a piece missing but there is no way for me to get this rectified other than a full return?

Come on Zwift surely you can provide even a basic level of customer support?

Keep telling the chatbot that none of its suggestions helps, and eventually you’ll get a form to let you contact support.

It’s an exercise in perseverance.
