Zwift support email address

support@zwift.com

This may be obvious to most but if, like me, you are incredibly frustrated at how difficult it is to try and contact a human that works for Zwift’s support team, here you go.

As far as I can see, this email address is not advertised anywhere on Zwift’s website as a means of accessing support - mind boggling!

That isn’t a reliable way to contact support, as far as I’m aware.

The ‘Start Chat’ button on the ‘Contact Us’ page does nothing for me.

you just have to keep arguing with the bot until it finally lets you send a message to a real person.

Some people have reported trouble recently with getting the chatbot to start up. If you’re having this problem, try a different browser to see if that helps. It’s not clear what’s causing this particular issue.

If the chat bot won’t load for you on the website, try using the HELP option in the Companion app

I used the email address to contact support yesterday. They responded and solved the issue the same day. Maybe I got lucky.

What is the email for support. The bot is USELESS. I cannot stop billing on my canceled account.

The bot should let you through eventually if you keep trying. You can also try support@zwift.com and hope for the best.

I asked for a new adapter as I lost the one for a spear. They sent it to me and the spear doesn’t go through so I contacted customer support and I can barely understand the guy speaking. Then he asks me to take a video of the spear not fitting into the hole…don’t know about you all but seems pretty self explanatory. He refused to help me further, so I requested a supervisor. I had to wait over a week for a supervisor to call back and when she did, I could barely understand her as well. I asked where she was calling from and she refused to answer that. I’m still waiting for them to respond and fix this problem which has been over a month now, I at one point told them to send me a box and I’ll send the trainer back, it’s of no use to me and she didn’t even offer to rectify my problem, she just said sure and sent me out a box.

Frankly I’m not sure what’s going on there at zwift, they’re obviously havingf some financial problems, heard they laid off Holly Lawrence’s husband too. Dumb move there…but frankly their level of service is horrid, highly recommend the trainer but as far as service goes, they’re going to do its to lose customers this way
