How to Submit Support Ticket [June 18, 2024]

Hello,
It has been a couple of years since I used the Support ticket option for Zwift but I am unable to figure out how to send them an email requesting help. The Contact Us link does not seem to work - when I click on it nothing happens. Does anyone have the email link for the Support Desk? Thanks in advance.

It should open up a chat box, do you have pop-ups blocked? Maybe try a different browser too? The chat bot AI isn’t great, so just type in your question and keep saying “no it didn’t help” a few times and it will let you submit an email eventually.

I tried Chrome and Safari. No pop ups are being blocked. When I click on the Contact Us button, the page just reloads.

Try this in Chrome.

  • open an Incognito window and go to support.zwift.com
  • when prompted about Cookies, click Accept All (it’s incognito mode so they won’t stick around)
  • now go to the bottom of the page and click the Contact us beside the “Not finding what you are looking for…”

When I do that, the chat window opens.

I got a wrong box with my zwift bike and cannot reach anyone. Guess I just reach out to them on X.
