Order? Customer care?

Hi, maybe someone can help. I’m finding trying to get a hold of anybody at zwift near impossible. the level of customer support is non existent. I’ve ordered a wahoo kickr zwift one a week ago, when it was “in stock”, yet have had 0 updates. I understand the company is busy, but if products aren’t readily available, advertising them as such, is false, and unfair. Happily taking a customers money, but not allowing the customer to contact anyone is staggering. Is there a contact number for someone or a way of reaching someone? I’ve tried e-mailing. Thanks

Have you been charged? Though now that I think about it, I don’t know if Zwift charges at time of order, or time of shipment.

yea, I’ve been charged, that is what’s so infuriating. I’ve genuinely never known of a company to have this poor of a customer support operation. Its scandalous

Have done. Making a consumer wait days on end to see where the 500 euro has gone is bang out of order. They should manage their supply + demand load more. The reviews on trust pilot say it all.

Your frustrations are echoed many many times on this forum and still it goes on its a absolute disgrace and Zwift aren’t anyway near providing a proper service to us its most important asset…scandalous absolutely
