Received my smart trainer today that I ordered through Zwift. It was damaged during shipping. I’ve attempted to call 4 times now and am on hold as we speak and it’s been over an hour. I also sent an email 5 hours ago. No response yet. Anyone know an easier way to get in touch with a customer service rep?
I think you’ve exhausted the options. Online chat has now gone as an option and phone availability is patchy.
