I was having problems with my hub not freewheeling when I stopped pedaling I noticed a problem with the cog so I bought a new cog . The problem didn’t resolve So as I turn the kickr on its side I notice the down tube support was loose I tried tightening it but it didn’t help
Does anyone know if it’s supposed to be loose?
