Wahoo Kickr Connected No Movement

My Wahoo Kicker Gen 5 is connected to my Zwift and I tried both Bluetooth and Bluetooth phone and both connect just fine, but then on the course there’s no movement. I spent an hour + troubleshooting yesterday and had success finally, but I’m back to square one today. I’ve read other troubleshoot tips, to no avail. It sounds like this may be a Wahoo issue? But from what I read, getting a ahold of them is difficult. I’m on a MacBook Air. I had no issue for a year and now nothing is working properly. When it does read the numbers the numbers are lagging and all over the place.

Hello, none of that worked. I will contact support. When I run trainer in the Wahoo app, it does recognize it; however, the speed is sporadic and jumps around. So I suppose it could be a Wahoo issue involved as well? I will follow up with Wahoo customer service tool.
