Help. Wahoo kicker Core. iPad. We can connect using paid swift account for Lisa dorgan (I created this to test through my work at evo bike stores) NZ. But even on my app I cannot get rider to move. iPad same problem. Reading watts, logging in, loading a race, pedalling, no movement? Only have zwift. No other app?

I appreciate that you used this space to find a solution to your issue. I took a moment to review the information about your connection and I can see that you are correctly pairing the trainer, and Wahoo KICKR CORE firmware is updated, as well as the game.
In this case, to be sure if the issue is not related to the trainer not transmitting the power as expected, and in consequence the avatar not moving, could you please perform a quick ride in the Wahoo App (manufactured) and let us know if the issue happened in the Wahoo App too?

There is no issue with the wahoo app. I downloaded. Connected ok. Start pedalling; speed check good; watt check good? Help we are feeling like it’s going to get so expensive?!?
Just curious if you happen to be sitting in the race pens waiting for the timer to count down and thats why you arent moving. You say you are loading a race, so does that mean you are sitting in the race pens with a virtual blue trainer on your avatars wheel?
