Using ERG Mode to smooth out pedal stroke

I am wonderjng if you can set a minimum wattage for a ride. I am trying to coach a 14yr old that has irradic pedaling I want to set the minimum watts at around 90 so he can’t just drop out. Any suggestions.

ERG mode workouts have a target Wattage for each segment, so it’s not really a minimum - it’s a number you need to get close to in order to complete the workout. I’m not sure if that would satisfy your needs.
