Newbie question here. Is there a way using zwift to set a minimum power. i.e not to put out less than 150w but still allowing you to go above this level. So not erg mode?

That’s not currently possible, but would be a wonderful feature; I’ve always wanted to set ceilings, minimum and maximum, for an Erg-Type mode, ie. 200-400w, hitting either Erg kicks in, can’t go below/over, but you can free ride within.
Yeah, that sounds like a plan zwift need to implement.
