Upload to Zwift Companion and zwift[dot]com

Hi, I have just started using Zwift (still under the free trial) and I have just done my first training activity. I have also downloaded the Zwift companion App and set up the interface to Strava.
The Zwift App shows the activity but it isn’t showing in Zwift companion, on zwift[dot]com or in Stava.
Are training activities supposed to show in those interfaces?
Is there anything I need to do to get the activities uploaded?
I can see the .fit files on my laptop that I run the Zwift App on.

Any help appreciated

Hi @Matt_Boyle

Your activity has to be more than 2km. But I would do 5km to be safe
