I did 3 activities on 19/12/24 I end the ride and saved as I normally do however it did not show of any of platform like Strava, Garmin connect, or zwif companion, can you please give some information how I can overcome this issue.
Were the rides each longer than 2km?
same problem here but only with strava

On what device are you running Zwift?
on two Windows PCs
one at home and one in my holiday apartment
and I also have Zwift on the iPhone in case of emergency
I also always have the Companion app active when I use Zwift.
I have now verified the connection and will report back tomorrow whether the uploads work automatically again
Update: After manually disconnecting in Strava and reconnecting on Zwift Website, the uploads work again. Whatever it was…it’s gone

You can upload them manually by downloading your tuning files with the following steps from the activity feed:
After you have logged in to Zwift.com, complete these steps:
- Go to zwift.com/feed.
- Select Just me.
- Locate and select the activity you want to download.
- Select the gear icon
- Select Download Fit File.
To check if the upload was successful, I recommend that you complete a ride, save it, and then check to see if it has downloaded successfully to Strava.
Also, make sure the activities are recorded with the correct date.
