My WiFi was very intermittent yesterday when I did a ride. The activity is in my zwift folder on my computer but has not uploaded to the companion or Strava. I did an activity today that did. How do I correct that?

You can upload the .fit file to strava via a manual upload. You can’t however upload it to Zwift. Once you lose an activity due to a crash or loss of internet you can’t get it back.
