Upload failure during ride closing

Hello team,

Second time i had the issue the to receive a network error message during my ride data saving/upload. It ended in the fact data was not transmitted to Strava and TP.

First time I was able to recover the ride during the fit file I could download directly from the app, this time it seems to be not possible.

  1. Am I doing something wrong? My connection is stable, not sure why I have onyl issue during upload.
  2. Is the zwift team somehow able to provide me the ride data or upload as usual? In companion the ride is tracked just fine.

Tell us all about the machine you run the game on. What is the hardware?

If it didn’t upload then Zwift can’t provide it to you since they don’t have it, but sometimes you’ll see something get uploaded the next time you ride.

Its an older Ipad Pro with IOs 16.7.12

I was hoping as its ins companion its available somehow
