Same here. Stoked to win my class C race to find it missing on Strava. I downloaded the fit file and uploaded manually and it showed a route that appeared super short and not the course at all. It appears to have recorded zero distance. On Zwift it does show the 25.2 miles and proper time. However no power and cadence. Fit file also shows zero miles if I download and load. My wife did an event and also had exactly the same result.

Alexander may I ask if both of you using Apple TV or iPad?
Just did first 10 min of a workout event in MacBook Pro and then quit event and travel down on my own for another 10min. All recorded on Strava immediately.
I’m trying to establish if it is exclusively TViOs +/- ipad iOS only
Same here since the update. Apple 4K TV & Strava. Solo warm up uploaded, group ride not uploaded, solo cool down uploaded. I also can’t upload the .fit file manually as Save & View cannot be clicked on the Strava Upload & Sync page.
One other weird thing was that I could not see the other guys in my meetup during the ride but they could all see each other. I was the only one who did a warmup ride
I was using ipad for this afternoon event Specialized Roval Climbing as well and event only recorded partially in Strava

After the update yesterday I did a warm up, a Zwift Classic race & a cool down. Only the warm up & cool down appear on Strava even though all 3 (including my race result) appear on Zwift but the race result looks like its the same data as my warm up ride. My race does show on Zwift Power ok. I tried to manually add the fit file to Strava but was told its a duplicate of my warm up ride. Using Apple TV.

Experienced same this morning on the Cycle Nation Morning Coffee ride (start @ 06H00 CET / 04H00 UTC). See the ride on Zwift but unable to access the ride to download fit file to upload to TP.

Got the same issue while using a apple tv 4 and was racing the Roval Climbing Challange, hope this will resolve quickly. Do you get a memo if the problem is resolved?

Same issue here:
- The ride was a meetup I created and rode
- I recorded the activity on an Apple Ipad Pro 2021 using Zwift app
- My activity is ID 863436399182646848
Issues/symptoms:
- Ride appears on zwift website and in my zwift companion app in the feed
- If I click into the activity details it is blank/nothing loads - looking in the “Network” tab of Google Chrome Developer tools shows that the .json file is getting a 400 error while being retrieved from AWS S3 bucket (I would post the URL here but your stupid forum software won’t let me)
- The activity did not sync to strava
- The activity did not syn to Training Peaks
- The activity synced to ZwiftPower but if I download the fit file from there it is 1kb and is corrupt (will not upload to other platforms and it cannot be parsed)
ZZRC Ride last night. Completed 40.2km but when synced to Strava and Today’s Plan didnt sync properly.
- Power / cadence and HR all incorrect and essentially flat lined
- Strava and Today’s Plan sync was for 0 miles and 3 seconds of riding
- Using iOS phone

Immediately after zwift update I did a warm up ride. No ‘Join event’ to my event came up. Joined back on the initial login page. In zwift. I am in ZC through my Apple iPhone. Onto a Apple TV
My Race finished. No map on ZC or cadence/HR they were incorrect. Race did link to Strava but only 1 metre and no elevation 
Same problem. I sync thru to Apple TV

@shooj the status page currently states “No incidents reported today.” which is clearly innaccurate - can you get this updated please to reflect this ongoing incident and so we can see when this is resolved please?

Same exact thing happened to my Zwift Classics Ride last night at 7:02pm EST . Warmup and cool down uploaded just fine. I can see the Zwift classics ride in the Zwift feed with the correct distance and time, but the map is from the previous warmup and when trying to download the fit file, it’s a duplicate because it’s the 30 minute warmup.

Same with me. Apple TV 4K (the prior version, not the latest 2021 version).
Specialized Roval Climbing Challenge event, Zwift site says “Activity details could not be loaded” and no option to upload to Strava. Same as others have mentioned, I did a Bowie free ride earlier in the day and that uploaded to Strava no issues.
PS. congrats on the nice time up AdZ Gideon! (kind of bittersweet as you’ve mentioned, but congrats none the less)
Running on iPhone X iOS 14.6
Upgraded to Zwift 1.15.0 (75178) on 20/07/21
Successfully did warm up ride (self ride, not event) and it saved on Strava, ZC.
Then completed Zwift classics (east australia) C3 race. Race saved on ZwiftPower, and full distance saved on ZwiftCompanion, but maps and other data on ZC are only partial. Ride was not loaded to Strava, and cannot upload manual fit file as it is still ‘in progress’ (but the activity was ended)

Yep, same here. The ride saved in The companion app has all the correct data except the map is all wrong. and did not auto upload to Strava. I downloaded the .fit file to upload manually, but it recognises the activity as the warm-up ride from prior to the race, so won’t upload.

A reference file for yesterday’s meetup which is completely corrupted.
It is only taking in the data for warmup on watopia.
This bug is actually a degraded “bug” from the previous version where they still log the same file eventhough u have teleported to another world for another event.
Please zwift, I beg you, just fix your damn bugs instead of releasing new features and breaking basic stuff.
