Hi all, new to Zwift after purchasing a trainer. A free 1 month trial card came in the box but since entering the code 3 days ago it still says pending on the membership page so unable to enter Zwift outside of the free 25kms. Logged an incident but no response as yet - appreciate they are busy though - wondering if anyone else has had or currently has this same issue? Thanks.
