Thanks Paul, I have done that already.  Several times but here I am, days after paying and its still not working.  Just frustrated, its bitter cold and I really want to ride… You my friend are about 10,000X faster that Zwift has been in responding to this.  I have not heard a thing from them other than the auto reply.  Figured maybe they monitor the forums better than the support system, lol
