I paused my account for some outdoor riding, but the weather is so crap I reinstated it. The app has taken my membership fee exactly 7 days ago, but when I start to do a ride it is telling me that I am atill in a trial and wants me to pay again. The Contact Us page on the website is not working and just takes you into a loop.
Any ideas how to get hold of someone to resolve this? I have now lost a week of riding after paying for it.

Hi Oscar, yes, thanks. The support team must have done something because I logged on straight afterwards and my account has updated to the game.
