Training plans speeds say nanmph

Been running and cycling on zwift for a year. No problems. Started a training plan and it doesn’t recommend any speeds. All the options say to warmup and run at nanmph. I don’t get it. Also, like another poster pointed out. It didn’t give me credit for my runs. Using Apple TV. I have deleted the app and reinstalled. Same thing.

I am having the same issue. I started a new training plan, clearing out my run distance times as I don’t have that level of fitness after many weeks of offseason. Now I can’t see any new training steps, as the speeds are all ‘nanmph’
