I’m a little confused by the training plan scheduling.
I’m up to Week 3 of Build Me Up. I did a 90 minute session on Saturday morning and then Zwift Companion said my next workout was available “Monday Night”.
I prefer to do my workouts early in the morning before the kids are up, so planned to do this session on Tuesday morning. However, after sleeping in, I wake up this morning (Monday) and the workout is unlocked and its status has change to “Do By Wednesday Night”.
I had assumed that the delay to Monday night was to allow extra recovery, but am a little annoyed I missed an opportunity to get a session done this morning and will have to cram the next four sessions in the rest of the week (going away on the weekend).
