Hi, a question on this: i just finished my first workout today (Monday) in week 7 of the BMU plan - Lox.
Looking at the remaining four sessions for this week, ZC sez they’re all available Tuesday night.
I don’t think I’ve seen this before.
I’d planned to do the next one on Tuesday afternoon, so this restriction kind of details my timing.
Can anyone shed any light?

The Build Me Up training plan is one of three that’s part of our new, more flexible way to do workouts within a training plan.
We’ll have a few more updates to the plan flexibility coming with the March game release. Stay tuned for that.
