Trainer Resistance - Clutch Knob

Hello all,
I’m new at Zwift and got a Saris M2 Trainer, I have been zwitfing for a month now, and recently started a training plan where you have to go with ERG mode, my first couple of trainings were ok and now, I just can’t get my trainer at the correct wheel resistance, seems that whenever I spin the yellow clutch knob until the click sound is like pedaling in mud, very hard even at low wattage (recently I even had to abort a free ride), I have just tried to go backwards 3-4 full turns on the clutch knob but now was the opposite I couldn’t even reduce my power to 85 watts required without lowering the cadence to less than 60-70 rpm.

Anyone has any ideas to get this work correctly?
