Trainer connectivity

Connectivity issues.
I run a Suito Elite T and am having some problems connecting atm. There is absolutely too much resistance.
I’ve had the trainer nearly 3 years but only a month ago started having issues.
I initially remedied things by downloading the Upgrado support app that Elite have for updating firmware and reconfigured the trainer. However when I’ve attempted doing the same recently the app is not recognising my trainer.
I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail and have done the same with the Zwift app with negative results.
Has anyone had similar experiences? Is it a trainer problem, software problem, Zwift problem???

Test it using the myetraining app and contact Elite support. Cut Zwift out of the picture so you can have clarity in your support engagement with Elite.
