Connection Issues Elite Suito

Hi
I was trying to connect this evening via Bluetooth on my Elite Suito Trainer. Zwift app on computer is picking up the trainer the rpm etc no problem but when I pedal it doesn’t register power so my avatar is not moving. I have deleted app and reinstalled it. I’ve updated Turbo Trainer firmware and hardware. I’ve disconnected every other Bluetooth device around me etc etc but still nothing. Any ideas anyone?
TIA

Hi @Michael_Savage_IRL welcome to the forums!

Are you connecting the trainer as “controllable” as well as “power” and cadence in the pairing screen? Has anything changed with your setup, or is this the first time you have ever gotten on Zwift?

Yes connecting all 3 and it’s picking up everything but not registering on any of them when I pedal. Haven’t changed anything in setup but today is my first day trying to connect in 6 months

Ok, tell me more about your setup. What do you use to run Zwift, ipad, PC, apple.tv, etc…

Using Microsoft surface pro via Bluetooth

So it is finding and picking up the signal form the trainer and connecting, but then no watts/power is being registered when you pedal?

Is there an app for the trainer that could be open in the background and stealing the signal?

Force close that app if it is still running in the background.

I forced all apps closed and closed all apps on phone. Also deleted Zwift from computer and reinstalled and still same outcome :weary:

Ok, couple of things you can try

  1. try connecting through the companion app to bridge the signal form the trainer to the PC.
  2. does the trainer work with the Elite app, does it register power on their app? If not, maybe the trainer is faulty?

Thanks have all packed up in frustration now will try again tomorrow
