I have completed 4 stages of the Tour to date but for Stage 5 it will not let me join the event even though signed in and it keeps me in London. HELP!
Be sure to check that you’ve got the most recent version of Zwift installed from the App Store. It looks like you’re running a version from before support for the Tour of Watopia was added.
The current version is 1.0.35413.

It sounds like Chris is running a version with support for the Tour of Watopia, since he’s completed 4 stages of it:
