Tacx Neo Bike Smart Shifting Delay

A number of us on the Neo Bike FB group are seeing significant shifting delays when there’s a rapid grade change. Shifting is immediate on flats and steady or gradually changing climbs. I’ve seen delays as long as 5 seconds.

No road feel for Neo Smart Bike

Hey folks, Looks like the road feel is not working for the Neo Smart Bike. I don’t get an option in settings to turn it on or off when connecting via Bluetooth not via Ant+. Thanks.
