A number of us on the Neo Bike FB group are seeing significant shifting delays when there’s a rapid grade change. Shifting is immediate on flats and steady or gradually changing climbs. I’ve seen delays as long as 5 seconds.

Tacx released a firmware update that helped a bit last winter, but I still see significant shifting delays from time to time. I think it’s worse when there are a lot of users on Zwift, but perhaps that’s in my head.

I have been noticed that later…it looks it happens more now…is is a HW thing or ZWIFT ???
Is there a solution yet?
I’ve been having this issue intermittently. Seems worse when shifting under power. I.E. fast transitions from flat to steep inclines and trying to downshift multiple gears.

Yeah same issue here. Firmware up to date also.
Same here. Titans Grove is an absolute nightmare with all the ups and downs. I’m usually heading down by the time my shift to go up has happened lol.
Are you on the latest (Feb 22) firmware? This problem is completely resolved.
