Tacx vortex & android zwift app

Hello,

I was doing the Tour de France - Stage 5 last night and after 2 hrs of grueling climb I lost the signal to the trainer. I kept pedaling in hopes it would pick up but it never did. Usually I wouldn’t complain but I was really looking forwards to completing this route.
Connection with Bluetooth and ANT+ and no other apps running in the phone background.
I have also calibrated the trainer last week using the TACX utility app.
Any idea what could have happened?

The log files on your computer can give us clues to things like Blueooth and ANT+ connection quality over the duration of your session. Here’s where to find the log files.

If you would attach them to an email to support@zwift.com, one of our agents can help troubleshoot.

Thank you for the fast reply. I followed instructions to get the log file and emailed it both to logs@zwift.com and support@zwift.com
