Tacx Flow cadence dropping to zero + BLE connections issues


as my setup has not changed recently (TACX Flow Smart -> App Companion on IPhone -> BLE -> Windows) and all softwares/firmwares are updated, today i experienced these bugs:

  • cadence keeps dropping to zero
  • sometimes i totally lose watts/cadence data and my avatar stops cycling

The bluetooth signal is ok, the problem does not come from the TACX (no problem on the TACX Utility App)…
Is there anything i can do to solve this problem? THIS IS SO ANNOYING…
