Synching issues since move and update

Been off Zwift for 3 months after a recent move and am having never before synching issues with Zwift and ZC. My setup is 1st gen Kickr, 4K Apple TV, 40" TV monitor, ZC on iPhone .Both apps have been updated, deleted and reinstalled after issues.

ZWIFT: Working okish but performance stats (watts and rpm) seem to fluctuate quite a bit even during steady pedaling. Avatar does not respond during climbing (15% incline at 350W coming out of the London subway) stays in saddle.

ZC: All over the place. Starts and freezes randomly. Performance stats really fluctuate (30W increase or decrease in seconds) and ZC stats do not match Zwift readout.

Looking at my iPhone settings for Zwift I see that Bluetooth, Local Network and Cellular data are all switched on. for ZC settings Bluetooth and Cellular data are on. Should I just have Bluetooth on for both?

Any help would be appriciated.

Hi @Ulrich_Diederich, Norman here, and sorry to hear about the connectivity issues, I’ve checked your in-game generated logs and could see the disconnection error on the game, your Wahoo KICKR disconnected and the last Bluetooth signal reported lots of interference.

Would be a good idea to take a look at this article and apply the recommendations, it will improve your overall experience!

To use Zwift Companion properly you only need both devices to be connected to the same wifi network at the same frequency, turning on Plane Mode when you’re riding could improve the experience. More tips can be found in this article.

Ride On.
