Support Request Issues

Has Zwift stopped processing support requests. I have put one in (49932) on the 4th Jan, have pinged it several times since, and cannot get anyone from Zwift to reply. Leaving it a month to respond to a support request is getting a bit silly.

What is the issue maybe the uses on the forum can help you resolve it.
