Hardware issue and Zwift Support

Hi everyone

Does anyone know how long it is taking Zwift support to respond to support tickets at the moment? I very recently purchased a Zwift Ride and unfortunately after only a small amount of use there is an issue. I raised a ticket (ZWUK331743) but had no response. It is a bit disappointing considering the outlay.

Don’t be tempted to send follow-up emails to chase them, because doing so can apparently move you further back in the queue. Just sit and wait, as frustrating as it may be.
