Zwift Support seems unreachable

Is it me? Zwift is an excellent platform, it is also high-tech, and I expect support to keep it all working.

However I have ran into several hardware issues with Zwift Ride. It is quite annoying raising several mails and reminders to orders@zwift.com without even getting an answer the warranty request is received.

Am I the only one? Or what is happening at Zwift support?

Apparently if you keep emailing them it moves you to the back of a long queue
