I raised an issue to support on 23 April, and again on 29 April, and am yet to hear anything back. Is this normal timescales? For info, issues I’ve been facing are:
- drops earned during rides not being recorded after the ride is saved
- as above for badges and missions
- multiple crashes using MacOS, rides unrecoverable
Support line is weeks long at the moment.
What are your zwift setup, are your device up to date?
Can you explain your problem, maybe we are able to help you.
Unfortunately and sad enough, but it seems Zwift support is very late, lots of time if you get an email back, no telephone answer or call back as promised, no Twitter comment or response. No easy to communicate with them and with weekends off even more challenging.
