What's up with Zwift support? No response...

I have been asking for an update to my case and you have not responded. I have been getting dropped out of every race for over two weeks. 

You admitted it was a server bug, but you have not given any update and I am still not able to use your system.

some help would be appreciated, or at least a refund for this month.

Apologies for the delay. I’m following up with QA right now who has your log files. This is a game-related issue and won’t be resolved until an update. The log files you have sent will help them track the issue.

All I wanted was confirmation it wasn’t an issue with my configuration and you are working on the issue.
