I just did Sugarcookie and it sent me up Alpe du Zwift without me doing anything. Is this a known issue?

Not a bug. You need to be at level 10 to access this route.
i just don’t understand the rational for that restriction…
Gamification.
It’s giving new Zwifters another goal for riding more and levelling up, i.e. unlocking more routes.

Okay, but in the Companion that’s not clear to the user, no banner, no warning upon selection… it just starts another route. Very bad user interface👎🏽
