I went on Zwift to ride the sugar cookie route
I started the hilly loop as I thought it was part of the ride but I just went round & round and ended up the the hilly loop 3 times.
The sugar cookie mileage left was showing on my tv screen.

Any chance you are below level 10 in the game? Part of that route is inaccessible for free riding below level 10, though it can be completed in an event.
Looks like you did an immediate U-turn from the start pens (as your activity shows you starting off towards the jungle, but then headed towards the underwater tunnels and downtown Watopia). Not sure what caused that u turn, but it’s probably responsible for your redirection around the hilly route. Assuming I’ve found the right person in the companion app (as you’re showing as level 23, so you should have been able to do the sugar cookie route).

I’m on level 23 so it shouldn’t have any effect
Yes when I first started the route my avatar did a U turn why I don’t know.
I just thought nothing off it and carried on riding.
