I was off zwift for a time with shoulder surgery. Now returned and zwift seems to have lost all my previous riding?? Also, I dont save my rides as I’m tired of strava and tracking…just want to ride and train on my own. When I try to enter races, none of the categories are active. I have been riding zwift for years and have done hundreds of races and group rides - is zwift telling me that they dont know who I am and dont have any data on me? That is extremely frustrating - especially if I am required to start over…through the crime of getting injured and not logging in for awhile.
Have you done any rides at all? You should have a category set if you ride 2km or more in any activity. The data expires after 90 days so you need to give them something to work with. For an accurate category do something hard.
yes - I have done several rides now. Doesn’t Zwift track them? Why do I need to start over?

Hmm you should be OK then
What do you see for your Pace Group when you look at your profile on my.zwift.com? Do your recent activities show up in your feed there? Post some screenshots of that and the event join screen where you can’t enter, if you can.
If it’s truly broken you’ll probably need help from the support team.
It lists my fitness level as “not enough recent data” I may have found the issue - I have not been saving my rides at the end - just discarding them. I am linked to Strava and was tired of that - BUT it appears that discarding also discards them from Zwift as well? So no actual tracking of data. I am de-linking Strava and apparently you have to save your ride each time? This seems a bit weird as I am obviously riding using Zwift so why the need to save each time? Anyway, will try that and see if I can get back on.
I think someone without data from last 90 days told me they had to do a handful of short rides in Zwift, before it let them join a Zwift Labs Racing Score event.
Category Enforcement races should let you sign-up after a 2Km ride that’s approx 10mins+.
Can you join a non-racing score event?
Not saving rides shouldn’t make any difference
